TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

ORDERS

 

  • To place an order you may use one of the options below:

By Website: Houndstone.com/collections/houndstone-wholesale

  • Requested information for ALL ORDERS:
  1. Customer Number and/or Name
  2. Purchase Order Number. If you do not provide one, we will assign one to reference the order.
  3. Ship to Address: please note if it is a residential address.

NOTE: residential deliveries may incur higher shipping charges.

  1. Shipping Method & Carrier: please indicate whether you require expedited shipping. (Expedited shipping will incur additional charges). All shipments will be sent via UPS Ground or Freight. If you would like a different carrier, you must provide your 3rd party information.

PRICING

 

  • All products must be offered at a retail selling price no lower than the published Suggested Retail Price (SRP). We will however allow for a minor variation in the penny endings ($0.95, $0.97, $0, $0.00) to allow for parity in your pricing structure. Any item may always be offered for more than the published SRP to allow for higher margins or the ability to show a savings when compared to the Minimum Advertised Price. Any customer found to be in violation of SRP will be notified and allowed five (5) business day to revise pricing to either meet or exceed SRP. A continued violation of SRP will result in any/all orders in-house or orders received to be held until prices are adjusted and in compliance with SRP.

 

  • Prices and selection are subject to change without prior notice.

 

 

CANCELLATIONS

 

  • ALL cancellation requests need to be received no later than 12PM, 3 business days prior to the ship date • Requests made the same day as the ship date will NOT be accepted. • ALL cancellation requests MUST be submitted in writing via email at info@houndstone.com.
  • Cancellations are confirmed ONLY when HOUNDSTONE replies to the cancellation request and confirms the cancellation.
  • If cancellation request is made after the shipment of your order, return of the order will be subjected to a 15% restocking fee and shipping charges/fees incurred.

 

 

SHIPPING

 

  • Shipping varies based on the products ordered, please reach out to info@houndstone.com for estimated shipping times
  • Based on the items in your order, unless otherwise indicated, HOUNDSTONE will determine the most cost-effective shipping method for your order.
  • Residential shipments and those requiring special services may incur additional freight charges.

These services must be indicated at the time the order is placed.

  • All shipments originate from our main warehouse in: New York City, NY 10014.

 

RETURNS

 

  • Buyer’s Remorse: 15% restocking fee when return freight is prepaid

*RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED

  • Undeliverable: 15% restocking fee when return freight is prepaid, if we are provided with wrong address or shipment is refused RETURN AUTHORIZATION IS REQUIRED
